Kaiser Permanente

Designed by renowned architect Welton Beckett as Henry J. Kaiser's 28-story world headquarters and personal residence, Kaiser Center I was completed in 1960. Today, the building stands as a masterpiece of contemporary, mid-century architecture providing tenants a first class, full service business environment. The office tower features modern materials and a distinctive, curved architectural design; its broad window sight lines offer tenants spectacular views of the San Francisco Bay skyline, beautiful Lake Merritt and the Oakland hills. Perched above the 5-story, 1339-space parking structure is a rooftop garden featuring a reflective pond, wooden bridge, expansive lawns, mature trees and ample seating.
